ENERGY-OPTIMIZED INSULATION
WITH LOW U VALUE
The cabinets are insulated with at least 60 mm polyurethane to ensure as dense and energy efficient cabinet as possible.
Smart thaw water box
The thaw box is taken off and on without tools for easy cleaning. Recycled heat from the compressor is used to evaporate the water.
REINFORCED DOOR / CHASSIS
In order for the cabinets to be extra durable, the cabinets are equipped with more powerful sheet metal in the door and chassis.
LED LIGHTING
The lighting we use in our cabinets is of the type LED which has many advantages:

- Water and dust protected
- Life span of >50,000 h
- 85% lower energy consumption
- Evenly distributed light scattering
CONTROLLER
The temperature control is handled by an electronic control unit with LED display that in standard design comes with functions for smart defrosting, temperature monitoring and electronic control of fans and LED lighting.
Integrated evaporator
We have integrated the evaporator fan into the cabinet's technology space, which increases the usable cabinet volume while optimizing airflow to save energy.
HYGIENIC AND DENSE ENCLOSURE
For the life of the cabinet, it is important that it is hygienic and that unnecessary dust does not enter the machine compartment. We therefore have a dense and hygienic top and a smooth front.

Dry cooling as standard
BRIS 600 bakery cabinets are always equipped with dry cooling function as standard.
Propane
We use the refrigerant Propancy (R-290), environmentally friendly and with minimal impact on the greenhouse effect.
REPLACEABLE MAGNETIC STRIP
The magnetic strips in the door are easy to clean and can be replaced if necessary
with a hand grip.
INTERNAL ROUNDED CORNERS
In order for the cabinets to be easy to clean, we do not have any hard-to-clean nooks.

1. ENERGY EFFICIENT REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
With expansion valve, Propane (R-290) as coolant, and all cooling air for the condenser taken from the floor, BRIS provides high efficiency to low energy consumption in all climatic conditions. The technology also allows for tighter position against the wall as the back is ventilated.
2. STAINLESS STEEL GRATE SHELVES
Five stainless steel grille shelves mounted on removable stainless steel conveyors that are both stylish, practical and durable are of course standard with us.
3. EXTRA VOLUME
The space in the kitchen is often limited, but with our cabinets you take advantage of the internal volume. The design provides maximum room for refrigerated goods.
4. HEAVY DUTY HANDLES
The door has a strong stainless steel handle and is self-closing and equipped with magnetic strips, which are easy to clean and can be easily replaced if necessary. Locks are standard.
