From lower under counters to full door cabinets with touch panel, our cooling products are available in a range of designs. All built with the same quality as other BRIS series products but adapted to effectively cool the food from +60° to +3° in under 4 hours.
MULTIFUNCTION CABINETS
Our STORM multifunction cabinet is a process cabinet that meets all the needs of professional kitchens in a single product. The advanced touch panel makes the cabinet easy to handle. You can program your own functions and the process can be logged in the display and saved to a USB stick.
BLASTCHILLER / BLAST FREEZER
Between +10° and +70° the bacterial growth in the food thrives most. With a blast chiller or a quick cooling cabinet, lower the temperature of the food from +70° to +3° within 90 minutes. If you care about the quality of the food, Haglund's blast-chiller cabinet will not disappoint you.
