COLD ROOMS
CUSTOM-MADE REFRIGERATOR & FREEZER ROOMS
We manufacture all panels according to customer orders. Without any extra cost, we will customize the room according to your wishes. Many in the industry use modules of standard dimensions that are cut during assembly. That's not how we do it! All customisation is always done at the factory so we can integrate eccentric locks into the panel and guarantee the same density and quality in every joint.

We are responsible for ensuring that you receive what you ordered and that it is mounted in a way that does not give you any future problems. You should feel safe and know that a room we have assembled looks neat, is hygienic and will live with you for many years to come.
ENERGY-DENSE ROOMS
The energy cost of a room is after 5 years about 40-60% of the purchase cost. The factors that affect the cost of energy are seals between the building elements and the quality of the insulation used. Incorrectly executed seals can result in operating costs higher than the room's original investment.
OWN MANUFACTURING, OWN FITTERS
We leave nothing to chance. To ensure a short delivery time and high build quality, we are responsible for everything ourselves. From your first contact with us until the room is fully assembled and approved, it is our own staff who take care of everything. We therefore know that the room always maintains our high quality.
LACQUERED OR PLASTIC COATED SHEET?
Why choose when you can get both? The sheet metal we use costs a little more but we want our rooms to have full function for a long time. We use a sheet that is first coated with zinc, then lacquered with a protective layer before it is coated with a hygienic plastic that protects against shocks, blows and scratches.
PANELLÄNGD
Max 6000 mm. Vid rum med större spännvidd pendlas taken upp i byggnadens konstruktion.
PANELBREDD
40-1200 mm Baspanelen har bredd 1200 mm. För att uppnå önskat mått används passmoduler som finns i bredd med 40 mm modulsteg. Därför kan vi leverera rummen måttanpassade ned till var 40 mm.
INNERGOLV
Följande innergolv kan levereras:
- WBP-plywood, med glasfiberbelagd halkfri yta, t-12 mm.
För gångtrafik och lättare truck-trafik (max 1 ton)
- WBP-plywood, med glasfiberbelagd halkfri yta, t-18 mm.
För lättare trucktrafik (max 1,8 ton)
INVÄNDIG HÖJD
Rummen kan fås med valfri höjd upp till 6000 mm.
DÖRRAR
Dörr av vit plastbelagd plåt. Utanpåliggande dörr med 80 mm polyuretanisolering, magnettätningslist, stigande gångjärn och rostfri dörrkarm.
DÖRR I ROSTFRITT
Samma som ovan fast i rostfri plåt.
GLASFIBERDÖRR
Vit dörr i glasfiber med karm av natureloxerad aluminium. 55 mm polyuretanisolering (80 mm till frys), de levereras kompletta med dörr och karm som en enhet och planar med övriga väggar. Dörrarna kan fås i många olika utföranden, som enkeldörr, dubbeldörr, pendeldörr och skjutdörr.
DENSITET-ISOLERING
Ca 45 kg/m³.
SAMTLIGA DÖRRAR
- Kan måttanpassas efter önskemål
- Kan fås antingen vänster eller högerhängda
- Alla frysdörrar förses med värmekabel i karmen
- Släplist mot golv
MONTERING
Panelerna är försedda med excenterlås där panelerna dras ihop med hjälp av en insexnyckel. Samtliga skarvar i rummen, vägg-vägg, vägg-tak och vägg-golv monteras ihop på detta sätt.
PANELER MED ISOLERKÄRNA I POLYURETANSKUM
Joints between the panels are so-called not-tongue and have dense lysis on both sides. Together with heavy duty eccentric locks, it ensures a very good seal between panels. All joints, including floor-wall and wall-ceilings, are pulled together with eccentric locks.
