COLD ROOMS
CUSTOM-MADE REFRIGERATOR & FREEZER ROOMS
We manufacture all panels according to customer orders. Without any extra cost, we will customize the room according to your wishes. Many in the industry use modules of standard dimensions that are cut during assembly. That's not how we do it! All customisation is always done at the factory so we can integrate eccentric locks into the panel and guarantee the same density and quality in every joint.

ENERGY-DENSE ROOMS
The energy cost of a room is after 5 years about 40-60% of the purchase cost. The factors that affect the cost of energy are seals between the building elements and the quality of the insulation used. Incorrectly executed seals can result in operating costs higher than the room's original investment.
OWN MANUFACTURING, OWN FITTERS
We leave nothing to chance. To ensure a short delivery time and high build quality, we are responsible for everything ourselves. From your first contact with us until the room is fully assembled and approved, it is our own staff who take care of everything. We therefore know that the room always maintains our high quality.
LACQUERED OR PLASTIC COATED SHEET?
Why choose when you can get both? The sheet metal we use costs a little more but we want our rooms to have full function for a long time. We use a sheet that is first coated with zinc, then lacquered with a protective layer before it is coated with a hygienic plastic that protects against shocks, blows and scratches.
pANELER WITH INSULATING CORE IN POLYURETHANE FOAM
Joints between the panels are so-called not-tongue and have dense lysis on both sides. Together with heavy duty eccentric locks, it ensures a very good seal between panels. All joints, including floor-wall and wall-ceilings, are pulled together with eccentric locks.

PANEL TYPE
PUR 80 - 80 mm - 5.0 m wingspan
PUR 100 - 100 mm - 5.5 m wingspan
PUR 120 - 120 mm - 6.0 m wingspan
PUR 160 - 160 mm - 6.0 m wingspan
PANEL LENGTH
Max 6000 mm. In rooms with a larger wingspan, the roofs are commuted up in the building's construction.
PANEL WIDTH
40-1200 mm The base panel has a width of 1200 mm. To achieve the desired dimension, pass modules available in width with 40 mm modular steps are used. Therefore, we can deliver the rooms custom-made down to every 40 mm.
INTERIOR FLOOR
The following interior floors can be supplied:
- WBP plywood, with fiberglass coated non-slip surface, t-12 mm. For pedestrian and light forklift traffic (max 1 ton)
- WBP plywood, with fiberglass coated non-slip surface, t-18 mm. For light forklift traffic (max 1.8 tonnes)
INTERNAL HEIGHT
Rooms are available at any height up to 6000 mm.
Doors
Door made of white plastic coated sheet metal. Surface-mounted door with 80 mm polyurethane insulation, magnetic seal strip, rising hinges and stainless steel door frame.
DOOR IN STAINLESS STEEL
Same as above solid in stainless steel sheet.
FIBERGLASS DOOR
White door in fiberglass with frame of natureloxed aluminum. 55 mm polyurethane insulation (80 mm to freezer), they are delivered complete with door and frame as a unit and planwith the other walls. The doors are available in many different designs, such as single door, double door, pendulum door and sliding door.
DENSITY-INSULATION
Approximately 45 kg/m³.
ALL DOORS
- Can be customized according to your wishes
- Available for either left or right hung
- All freezer doors are equipped with heating cable in the frame
- Trail strip to floor
Mount
The panels are equipped with eccentric locks where the panels are pulled together using an Allen key. All joints in the rooms, wall-wall, wall-ceiling and wall-floor are assembled in this way.
