BRIS - a frontrunner

For many years we have developed and refined our bris cabinet series with the goal of creating the most energy efficient cabinets on the market while maintaining performance and quality. We simply want to be sure that our customers in the professional kitchen have the best utensils for successful and high quality cooking. The materials we use are therefore consistently high quality and optimized for the lowest possible energy consumption. 


Energy efficient cooling system 

With expansion valve as standard, propane (R-290) as coolant, and cooling air to the condenser taken from the floor gives BRIS high efficiency to low energy consumption.

 

Speed controlled Low energy fans

Provides lower energy consumption and less drying of the goods as well as lower noise levels and thus better working environment.

 

Energy-optimized insulation With low u-value

The cabinets are insulated with at least 60 mm polyurethane to ensure as energy-tight cabinet as possible.

 

Hygienic and dense enclosure

For the life of the cabinet, it is important that it is hygienic and that unnecessary dust does not enter the machine compartment.

 

Integrated evaporator

We have integrated the evaporator fan into the cabinet's technology space. This increases the usable cabinet volume while optimizing airflow to save energy.

 

Smart thaw water box

Thaw box with thoughtful functionality. Removed without tools for easy cleaning. Recycled heat from the compressor is used to evaporate the water.

 

LED lighting

The lighting we use in our cabinets has a life of >50,000 h, which means that in practice it never needs to be replaced. Energy consumption is up to 85% lower.

Our fitters work with a product from start to install. Several parts of the process are a pure craft while others are handled with precision and efficiency in our modern machinery.

From standard to special

Our standard range includes a wide range of refrigeration equipment for professional food handling. All products can be ordered to measure and fully adapted to specific design and workmanship requirements.

Tested and approved

We never care about quality and work daily to ensure and improve it. In our climate room, we perform long-term tests and test the energy performance and strength of our products.
