BOCUSE D'OR TEAM SWEDEN PARTNER
The Bocuse d'Or is the world's most prestigious international competition for chefs, held every two years in Lyon, France. The competition was founded in 1987 by renowned chef Paul Bocuse.
A total of 60 countries will take part, which, via qualifying competitions on each continent, will make 24 countries competing in the Bocuse d'Or World Cup final.
Sweden has participated successfully since the beginning of the competition in 1987. Over the years Bocuse d'Or has evolved and the competition has intensified significantly, which also means that higher demands are placed on both the competing chefs and the nations' organizations.
